Did some selling and trading. Dan Wesson .44, I was happy. I have pictures on bragging board if someone would be so kind. I can't seem to get them here.

I love it. Had a DW years ago shot silhouette with it. One day while hunting a vary thick swamp decided to use that instead of my Win. M94. Hooked on handgun hunting ever since. That is one great shooter you got there.

Thanks Randy for getting the picture up. She is a heavy beast with the 10 in barrel, balances pretty well with the 6 in. It has tighter cylinder holes than my 10 in Blackhawk or at least empty, fired brass from the Blackhawk will not fit in the D W . Now to find out what she wants to eat. Then some silhouette targets to chew on this spring.

Very nice.
I have a DW in .357 Max. with the 8 inch barrel. Very accurate and easy to shoot.
Keep us posted on how this one shoots.

I had a 10 inch DW 44 back in the early 80s that I used for IHMSA. Probably the most accurate revolver I ever owned. Shot several 38/40 with it. Could consistently drop 200 M chickens. It had great sights and a great trigger. What I liked best is that you could set the cylinder gap to 0.002 - 0.003 inches and get extra velocity over the typical 0.006 of Most revolvers. Wonderful gun.

Put 39 rounds thru it yesterday more just getting a feel for it and tweaking sights, clay targets and fist sized rocks at 80 yds. Did some trimming on the grip where it was hurting my thumb [arthritis]. I will replace the pawl, has some wear and is [already ordered] then set down with it and see what it shoots best. Very pleased with it so far, nice trigger ,would like a narrower partridge style front sight.
