I am talking about the everyday case back and forth to the range, your hunbting spot, etc. Not while out in the field. Are there hard cases made for Encores or just generic foam insert cases? Pics or links to item would be great! Thanks,
Thanks, Shawn

I use the Mil-Tec soft case to carry my encores to and from the field, range, etc...... The price is right and the quality is good. It has a long pocket on the inside for an extra barrel and a small pocket that the MTM ammo wallets fit into very nicely. The case unzips and makes a good gun rug while at the bench. Here is the link to Midway;
I have an Americase aluminum handgun gas I transport my guns in. I bought it 10 years ago when I flew to Maine on a bear hunt. It will hold 3 lasrge frame handguns and 3 or 4 smaller handguns if arranged right.
I also have a double takedown Aluminum case that I never thought about using before until I read the post. That makes perfect sense and will carry more handguns too. I also own one of those Americases too.

I use soft cases when going to the range. When on a trip I use a Pelican 1600 case. It has 2 layers so I can carry up to 4 Contenders. It's water tight and best of all it was free!
