I was looking to buy another frame for my Encore barrels and. Dealer told me Pro Hunter doesn?t fit Encore barrels. Said TC changed the pin dimensions. Anyone have experience?

I don't think the dealer knows what he is talking about. I have 4 Pro Hunter frames and three standard frames, one that is one of the earlier years when they came out. I swap barrels all of the time on all. Every barrel I have fits the Pro Hunters and standard frames.
I even swap barrel pins to see if one is tighter and shoots better sometimes.

I'd stay away from that dealer! It sounds like they shouldn't be allowed anywhere near a firearm.

Maybe he was think the non ffl muzzleloader only. I'd give a little slack to a counter guy there are alot of guns to try to remember all the specs.

Yeah, him thinking of the Pro Hunter FX does make sense.
