My current preferred load is a 100 grain XTP pushed by 13.1 grains of H110, but I'm not sure whether it's the best powder for the little case. What are you guys using in yours?

I ended up using the 800-X, also use the same load in my 4" GP100. I also like the 800-X because it burns pretty clean, at least in these small loads.

Damn it guys!!!! I thought I got past the 327 Federal itch, and then ya'll go and start this up???!!! Gonna have to start looking... AGAIN!!!
Might be good timing though. Got a little bit of Christmas money burning a hole in my pocket. Was looking at a Ruger Charger, or a long range rifle build in 7mm, but this 327 Federal idea has been around for a LOOOOOOOOONG time. Might be the time to do it.

Yeah, I jumped on the bandwagon back in 2019. I'm so glad I did.

That's a slick rig! I've looked for a revolver over the years, but never found one I really liked, so gave up on the idea. Guess I'll start looking again!

When I had mine I used H110 and AA-7, both with the 100XTP. Both gave similar velocity, the AA-7 was slightly more accurate with a bit less recoil/blast. But the .327 did nothing for me that my .32 H&R doesn?t do as well, so it went away. Now, that T/C does look interesting.....

Based on total trigger pull weight, my trigger finger has lifted well over 200 tons....

H110 is a little on the slow side, but usable,in my opinion. AA-9 or 2400 might be a better choice for 110gr. bullets and up.

Plan to soon, probably after deer season.
