Yesterday I had a another good day in the woods despite that it had a slight twist. I saw a few deer but no bucks this time. I say that with some reserved hesitation because I had some uninvited furry friends that encroached in my hunting area. Yep, I had 2 hounds with no collars to jump up a slew of does that was about 75 yards away from me. Earlier in the morning I had another to come up on me on my weak hand side. Another doe that i was not going to shoot. Side note topic here was how close this deer came on me was really amazing. If you guys have yet to hunt with a Ozonic's ozone generator, well I am here to tell you that you might just want to do some research on them. This little box has taken my hunting success to another level. It changed my hunting strategy a great deal. Just like bowhunting, it's how close can I get them in range.

I've heard various things about those Ozonics, but haven't ever tried one. Do they help if the breeze shifts and starts pushing your scent toward the deer?

Sorry your hunt went south due to dogs. I have been using an ozonator on our clothing for 10 years now and can tell a difference- haven't taken the plunge for the blind or treestand model yet.

Should the wind shift, all you do is rotate it to chase the wind. It comes with a mounting arm that has a ball swivel mounting bracket. Position the output of the Ozonic's box to chase the wind (downwind).

Variables like wind and finding the best place for a sit are things that keep hunting exciting for me. A ?level? playing field so to speak. If you enjoy bowhunting or handgun hunting for its challenge, I don?t get all of the technology to stack the cards in your favor.
