Hi,
Does anyone know who made the orginal factory fit XP100r Rear grip stocks for Remington and which action they used and other Remington actions will fit in the that stock with out too much work.
Many Apologies in advance for delays in the replying due to my time zone

McMillan made the stocks and a model 7 action would fit but it'd be Illegal, making a Pistol out of a Rifle.

The XP100R uses the Rem model 7 action not the 700.

Many thanks for all the help, fortunately converting a rifle to a pistol is not a illegal in the UK only converting a prohibited firearm (section 5 )into the regular firearm class (section 1).
So an XP100r could be manufactured in the UK with an overall length of over 24" and a barrel length of over 12" would classed as a section 1 firearm even if one used a rifle action.
The real question is if it was converted in the UK and registered in the UK as a long barreled pistol, would one be able to bring it into the US on a form 6 import permit, for the occasional hunting trips.

Does your law specify only convert only.

By the way nice picture posts - a well turned out set of pistols.

Many thanks Dogfox1
