Here's the new girl in the stable.....2000 Bandit 1200S. It's styled like a crotch rocket but is actually a "touring sport bike" that is very comfortable to ride...insurance was very reasonable. Thought you guys may like a pic.

I actually did get a rack w/ it!! It goes on in place of the rear grab handles. It's big enough to strap on a short barreled revolver...and I mean it has to have a SHORT barrel!

Nice! But it's not a FXSTBi Night Train! Dan, anything with rear footpegs that high and a hump to lean on is a crotch-rocket . It's okay though, I'm sure one day it will want to grow up and be a manly bike.

thats cool dan,our digital camera crapped out but if our other one will treat me ok,ill post a picture of my bike.on my maiden voyaqe out the road a yellow jacket stung me on my right leg above the knee at 50 mph...talk about a scary feeling reackon thats why they say to wear pants...jim257

Gerry...you don't have to lean over the tank to ride this one...the picutre makes it look higher than it really is.

Jim...I spooked myself this evening also. No yellowjacket here...I smacked third gear and the front started to lift! This thing has gobs-o-torque!!
