I have shot the 30-20 in a TC for quite a few years now. I have used bullets from 110's through 200+. My powder of choice is AA#9 with 296 right behind that. I worked with the 30x221 for about 2 years before I gave up, it didn't live up to my expectations. I bought the 30-20 brand new from TC, it shot well out of the gate. I now have a BF in this caliber, it is an exceptionaly good shooter. I find this as my go to caliber for shooting steel critters. It can be loaded close enough to the 30x221 that there is no difference to argue over, with the positive side of having a rim.
