What kind of stock is on this XP?? I thought an old Brown, maybe McMillan?? Never saw one like this before...but did have a Milek article with a XP pic that had a stock similar...it did not identify the stock maker though.

Dan: I have one like it. I think it is a Bond stock, but don't know for sure.

That's what I thought. Had an old mag with pictures of goodies available for XP's...was a late 70's, early 80's issue. The Bornw stock looks closest to what I (and katcher) have.

ok, spill...mine is a Douglas barrel in 22-250...what's yours? Shoots better than I can shoot it...nothin' new.

Take a guess...left is the parent and right is the formed case that I am shooting. Hint...the background is a pack of address labels (4.5"x2.5" set on edge) to give you an idea of the actual case size.

Hey Dan B. - I agree it's a Brown stock. Listen, if you don't really care for the stock, I'll trade you a rare brown Zytel stock with decotative white diamond inlays. It's in pristine condition. Better hurry 'cause I'm sure to have a lotta takers for it,...being as rare as it is.
