Are you wanting brass that are actually stamped 300 Whisper or brass formed from 221 Fireball? I have never necked up anything that small before but it shouldn't be too hard.

save your self a lot of money. take your .223 brass cut it off just below the bottle neck ( I use a band saw )clean 1 pass through the die and trim to 1.355
For some reason my email notification isn't working all the time. Sorry... Didn't know I had more replies. Some of us don't seem to understand that the rimmed rounds are different than the regular ones that can be made from 221 Fireball brass that I have PLENTY of anyway.
I'm looking for 100 new pieces all done the same way.
Seems that at one time there were a couple of people making them but now I can't find them.
