As you know I'm going to be doing a lot of reading in the next year. I get a few good magazines now, but I could always use more. I was looking at Percision Shooting mag. Does anybody get this one and is it a good read? If there are any others out there I should consider let me know.
I have thought about renewing my subscription to the African Hunter also. It's kind of pricey but a good read.

Dale,
You may already get this, but the Sixgunner is put out by Jd Jones of ssk. It covers handguns and handgun hunting. It is in a news paper form that is produced 6 times a year. I think the cost is around $35.00 a year.
I have several years of back issues I could send you if you want to read them. I would like them back when your done though.
Let me know if your are interested.
Jeff

if you like bear hunting then I'd recommend Bear Hunter magazine, it is a very high quality magazine not unlike our printed issues from here and I've noticed quite a few handgun hunting articles through the 4 years I've been getting it.

It sounds like there are a lot of specialty gun / hunting magazines on the newstands over there. Leaving out the obvious Sixgunner and this magazine are there any magazines that feature regular articles on handgun hunting? We seem to only get a regular supply of American Handgunner, Guns Magazine etc. down here.

I second that. Ive been getting it the last 6 months and love it.
I have more guns than I need, but not nearly as many as I want...

Hey Tigger,
Do you get handloader magazine? There are usually several good handgun articles in there. The best are by Brian Pierce a life long handgunner with a very good sense about what works. But he definately has a preference for wheel guns.

PS comes with a membership in IBS (International Benchrest Shooters). I personally would not recommend it to anyone, even those interested in accurate rifles.
