Went hog hunting last week in southern Oklahoma. Didn't get a weight on her but got 178 lbs of meat. Shot her between eyes with a Ruger 357 max and Remington 180 gr bulk HP

I don't eat the critters but sure wish we had a large feral animal in PA to hunt. Some say there is a growing problem with feral hogs in certain areas of PA but I have not seen them yet.

WOW! 178 pounds of meat. That would be close to a 400 pound pig. Nice handgun. Can you tell us a little more about it?

Awesome Tommy!! Cool that you used the Ruger Maximum! I passed on one of them a couple years ago that was in mint condition. Wish I had bought it to go with my DW Max.

Wow...Nice hog. 178 lbs of meat will surely help to fill the freezer. Congrats

I had to buy a new freezer for the meat. The Ruger max is mint. I like Ruger handguns and this one will always be special to me. Thanks for the kind remarks.
