here is my very first. it's been a long row to hoe....but i finally got me a xp100 and it wears a 10x burris. no funding to go around, and traded off my 300win mag encore handgun to get there.

Rod, too.
Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

Nice!! As long as that trigger finger hole is not blind from the left side then you'll be good! If it is...you'll be wanting to open that baby up.

it is "blind" dan. i wondered how it would be, since i remember you doing that to one. it seems to feel/fit good as is though. pretty decent stock fer a woodie!....with only minor character marks. a custom tube would be cool, but "as is" will be good fer a while.

"As is" will be perfect with current powder prices!! That 7BR will sip powder compared to some of my hogs!!
I thought the blind hold also felt nice till I hit the range. I could not get a proper finger engagement once it was on the bench. You'll just have to try and see.

Sweet! You'll love it. I have one in 7mm IMSHA and can't count how many Mule Deer and Antelope I've taken with it.
My Savage Strikers are a close second.
