A friend of mine is selling some of his guns because he wants to buy an old Corvette. I purchased a SSK .375 JDJ stainless, a .44 Mag and a 7mm TCU barrel and one frame. All of the barrels are scoped. Two of them with Leupold scopes. I don't have any manuals with loads for the .375 JDJ. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Yeah Gman, I can point you in the right direction. Towardthe Post office so you can send it all to me(you can keep the 7mm tcu barrel, I'm trying to sell one of those). seriously, I have no data for the 375, but it sounds like a great haul. I'm just glad you didn't tell us you got it all for $250.00 or something(glad for us that is ) Congrats.

hmmmmm lets see????......a 6tcu(on the way from OTT)....7-30waters....7tcu....44mag....and 375jdj...
with 2 frames to bounce em around on!
awesome setup Gman!....absolutely awesome!
should keep you busy with all kinds of fun.
ooops! i still see a hole!.......you'll have to have a 22lr match barrel to make it complete.
ya might pick up a hodgdon annual manual for about $7 new, if ya wanna use hodgdon powders. i'm sure it has 375jdj data. might be time for a new up to date manual. i'd like to pick up a newer hornady version myself.

Way to go Gman. Congrats on the new toys. Pretty soon you are gonna have a hard time figuring out which one to shoot.
I agree with ole KYODE, you now need a Super 14 Match Grade .22 LR. I know I sure enjoy mine, and probably shoot it more than anything else.

Hey kyode! I would consider trading the 7TCU barrel for your blackbird exterminator!

Gman, Sounds like you got a heck of a deal. You really really need a match grade 22lr barrel then a 309JDJ 223 17 Rem man the list goes on and on.
For load data on the 375 JDJ, Get a Hornady manual even a last edition one. It has some real good data. Let me just mention AA2520 powder. It works good in my 375 JDJ. Good luck with the new toys

Way to go GMan! I have a 14" Stainless 375JDJ and it is one of my favorite. I have tried several loads but a Hornady 220grn Flat Point .375 bullet for the Winchesters loaded with 49grns of IMR4895 and a Fed 210 primer. There are many more loads I'm going to try but this is shooting around an inch at 100yds. I'm getting 1975 avg fps with this load. I have a Bushnell 2x6 EER on it w/Pachmyer gripper grip and forearm. I have some 260grn Hornady SP but have not yet shot them. I'm going to do some more load testing next month. Good luck. Mike

Gman, nice score. Now you just need to put them to work.
For the .375 JDJ my favorite loads are 52 gr. Varget for the 270 Horn. and 51 gr. of Varget for the 260 Nosler BT. I use 210M primers. Each of these should exceed 2000 fps. from your barrel, and are slightly under max for my barrels.

I can think of several witty things about sleeping with your guns, but I won't!

GMan You won't go wrong using AA2520 out of your 375JDJ. Mine's a 12" SSK and with Hornady 225's and AA2520 it shoots like a dream! The 225's work really well on deer.
