Sunday evening I caught a group of hogs rooting up a beanfield near my house. I put the slip on them in shorts and flip flops and killed this one with a 250 gr Cast Performance Bullet out of a 657-3. 65 yd shot, DRT.

Very cool - I wish we had hogs here in VA. I think I need to move...

Good job, we're starting to get hog populations out here but fish and wildlife is doing every thing they can to exterminate them.

I just wish they would make there way up here a little faster. It's a long way down to where they seem to be.

I was thinking sausage, but we were both thinking along the same lines.

Be careful what you wish for. Its fun to shoot them, but they do alot of damage around here. Once theyre established I dont think you can ever get rid of them. There were about 20 in the group this guy was with, about half of that being shoats.
