What's the Effective Range of this Howitzer? It looks to be about a 155MM.

about those .50 caliber bans I know they are directed at 50BMG's but it seems to me that they would ban muzzleloders and riffled barrled slug guns as well because from what I read the legislation specifies only 50 caliber not type. I know some people say (worngly) that they'll never need 50BMG, but if you told them it could be used to ban there shotgun or muzzleloader they would change there tune.
