Congrats on the barrel! I've been interested in that round for a while too. Loading a lot of .44 mag, it would be nice to have multi-round uses for the same bullets.

Nice purchase, super buy. The most CRUEL pistol I ever shot was a 10 inch contender with factory wood grip. It was a rechambered 44 by SSK to 444 marlin. It had no brake and that was in the early 80's and I still remember it to this day.
