Anyone ever try something like Corbins bullet swaging presses.
It looks interesting.

I have not done the process personally, but a friend of mine makes 22 caliber bullets from spent 22 cases. I have shot some of them and they worked good. It's a bit labor intensive and takes quite a few bullets to break even on the initial investment. Kind of neat to see the 22 headstamp on the bottom of the bullet.

If the idiots have thier way with the ammo accountibility, the press will be collecting dust.

I have an article about it that goes into great detail if anyone is interested.

I have worked the last 4 days in a row… I have the next two days off. Send me a PM with your e-mail. I will try to scan them in the morning and e-mail them too you. The article did go over that it started because of the lack of 22 bullets. Something about a World War and all the ammo co.’s were making military ammo.

Well, I hope this what you had in mind because I found the one I had in Shooting Times online. So you can just look it up and print it out yourself. I is mainly about making 22 cal bullets from used 22LR brass. It is a good read.
