Does any one else use the Polecat? It's sort of a combination bipod/walking stick. Helps me get around in the woods and I always have an instant rest. Adjustable size too. Got to practice with it though. Slim

Sort of like the old VISA card. I never leave home with out it. It's light, sturdy, and very handy. Good call!

Mine always rides in my truck with me. It is a super walking stick that serves very well as a shooting aid. It matches up very well with my rubber Encore forearm. It addition it serves very well to steady my camera with the v rest removed and the camera screwed on instead.

The shooting rest I use is just a tree branch with a "Y" that I cut to length. then I drilled out the foot end and put an arrow insert and glued it in place. then I put an old field point (only about $0.35)
it is cheep easy and has the best camo you could ever get. It works just as well

i took a 5'section of pvc pipe(3/4")a small piece of dowl rod,and fitted the dowl into the pipe and drilled two small holes into the pipe and put two small screws into the pipe to hold it and the wood together.next i bought 4 of the "y"screw things at the dollar store for $1.00(makes a good gun rest)this is screwed into the dowl rod.on the bottom i put a 3/4"cap to seal her up ,then i put a nice paint job on it with some old paint that has been arouind for years.BINGO....redneck engineering at its finest!i realize it has no adjustment, but i guess for $3.75...what can you expect!jim257
