Do any of you have any experience with Charter Arms? May consider as a concealed carry firearm. They appeal light weight, but I wonder how they hold up.
Thank you.

I own two, a 'bob'd hammer' Undercover .38spec and a .44 spec Bulldog, both stainless. I've had no problems with either and at close encounter distance they're more than accurate enough. The .38 is 20yrs old, the .44 less than a year. There are speedloaders available to fit both.

It's not the gun, but the man behind it.

I had a blued 38spc for my wife's concealed carry, and it was a fine little gun for that. I would not hesitate to get another one if a good deal presented itself.

If it were supposed to be easy, they'd have sent my little sister to do it.

I had an undercover .38spl that I carried for years as back up and off duty and it was a great little gun.

I had a .44 Bulldog and was suprisingly accurate. No problems; I wish I would've hung on to it.
