Yup, that has been around a while. The guy actually signed up over at SP, and posted the link. When the question of legality as it being over 50 cal and in a handgun came up the guy took down the link and never posted again.
Not sure of what caliber is was. That thing still flew out of his hand. There was another video with a different guy and you could catch a glimpse of the cartridge. Little on the long side.
