some of the guys here really like them and have had good luck using them. I've tried them and found target aquisition to be faster but they aren't as accurate at longer range for me. The only way to really know is to get a set and try them out for yourself because what works great for one may not do as well for another.

I have them on a few Ruger revolvers, this is the sight picture of my SBH Bisley Hunter 41. You really need the fiber optic (Marble's) front sight to get the most out out of it, IMHO.

They send two apertures, one is 7/32" and the other is 9/32", I prefer the larger one for quick target acquisition. I think I have a small aperture left over if you want to try it without risk. PM and we'll talk.
I will say that if you want to shoot a gnat off of a bulls ass @ 50 yards this system is not for you, but I found my groups closed in significantly and it is pin-point enough for 100 yard whiteys.

Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

And if you decide to get the Marble fiber optic, send me a PM, I have a brand new one I'm not using.

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

Actually the company that makes them is:

http://www.oneraggedhole.com

They don't make them for my S&W 629 so I made my own.
