I got together with a few buddies on Friday morningto hunt hogs and train a new bay dog at a friends place in FL. I shot a weird feral and my friend killed a bruiser that was putting on quite a show fighting dogs in a thigh deep cypress pond.
Both hogs were shot with my 41 Blackhawk using a 210 gr XTP over 296. I shot mine at about 15 yds broadside. My friend shot his twice quartering away. First would have been fatal, but he had already cut one dog and we needed to put him down fast so a second was in order.

Great hunt....congrats.

The .41 210 XTP is serious hog medicine if you push it fairly fast. I never feel under gunned with that load in my SBH hunter. Good work keepin the .41 alive!

Did you know that there are magical animals roaming wild, converting vegetables into bacon as we speak?
