Brake, and the best man to do the job is Ross. Here is a thread from SP where you can get some info: http://specialtypistols.infopop.cc/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/3826077864/m/177104221?r=177104221#177104221
Shoot him a PM, he is super fast and does fantastic work.

Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

Here are some pictures of my 308 Win with the new muzzle brake installed by Ross Schuler. He did a great job and the brake is VERY effective at taming recoil and muzzle jump. He had my barrel back to me in a few days.

My top choice is Holland's new Radial muzzle brake from Holland's Shooters Supply

I really don’t have “That” much knowledge or experience with muzzlebreaks. What I can say is that the TC break makes the 270 feel like a 243. I really like mine. I know that the other breaks mentioned are better. I just happen to find mine in the clearance section of the custom shop.

Ps, I ran over 30 handloads threw my 270 Win shortgun barrel. If you are going to handload I might be able to help a little.
