Yep, I chase bunnies, squirrels, grouse, etc, with my .22lr handguns. I use a 5.5" Single-Six and two 10" Contender barrels (one scoped, one open sighted) that are very accurate. I have a few small game .22lr pics on the Bragging Board.

Yeah man! The 22 should be the building block of any type of shooting. Nothing but fun!

My one to keep would be my stainless Single Six that I had cut to 4 5/8 " and then I put Millett sights and a birds head grip frame on it with custom laser engraved grips. I've sold and traded a lot of guns but I'll pass this one on when I die. Anyone that shoots needs some kind of 22.

James you are right. I have a S&W 17-2, that's one awesome gun.

I go after squirrels and rabbits.

Take two large gray skirrels put a little stuffing in them, wrap with a piece of bacon and cook in the oven in a covered dish till the leg bone twists out of the meat...... yum!

I have a FA 252 with a 5.125 barrel that is one of my favorite guns. I have taken afew head of small game with it and a couple nuisance woodchucks. It is nice to have a rimfire in the exact same size and weight as my favorite centerfire.
