Some suggestions please. I have a Ruger Super RedHawk 454 Casull, 9.5" barrel with factory rings holding a Bushnell 3200 pistol 2x-6x scope { 1" } tube } I have used the blue lock-tight, double sided tape inside of rings, after a couple of rounds down the pipe, everything is loose. Thanks for the help

Use just the rings, that's what they're design for. Make sure you clean them real good, getting all the tape residue off. Use your blue lock tite on the ring screws only. Give this a try and see if that works. If it doesn't work, then you can try advanced methods, such as lapping and using rosins and such as that.
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

are you using factory loads or reloads? If you reload try using trail boss powder. it doesn't have as much punch.
on the inside of the rings use some rubber cement (the glue kids use) this will give a good griping surfers for the scope and keep it from slipping.

GRCox2,
I use that same Bushnell 2-6 scope on my 460 Encore. I know my rings are different, but I always clean the scope and rings at the connecting point with rubbing alcohol before mounting the scope. I know Ruger's ring are proprietary but they have done the job holding tight even on my M77 300 Win Magnum.

Believe it or not, I use clear nailpolish on the threads. It holds tight and will not loosen but also, the screws will break free easily and can be cleaned off the threads with rubbing alchol. I love this you gotta try it!! I learned this in "gunsmith Kinks" book from Brownells.

+ 1 clear nailpolish on the threads.

When the OP says "everything is loose" what does he really mean? Is the scope slipping in the rings? Are the rings loose on the revolver? If the latter happens after just 2-3 shots then the problem won't be solved by Locktite or nail polish - the problem is a lack of sufficient torque to obtain the needed bolt stretch. Get a bigger screwdriver that fits the screw heads correctly.
To keep the scope from sliding I use 400-grit sandpaper inside the ring halves - grit side to the rings. Cheap, works great even on a .45-70 Contender firing max 450-grain loads. Using mechanical solutions for firearms is usually better than using 'glue'.....
.
Based on total trigger pull weight, my trigger finger has lifted well over 200 tons....
