I'm looking for a keith style mould for the 500 in the 400-500 gr region. Seem to be having trouble finding such. any tips? or any other suggestions for bullet mould? This seems to be tough round to find info for-all searches just talk about smiths revolver.

Check MidWay USA they have a lot of different molds. They have a 440gr and a 375gr.........Hope that was some help!! My PC 500 was OK I didnt really like it to be honest I couldnt keep a scope on it. I had custom grips made for it and it was Mag-na-ported too.

lamina1982,

RCBS makes a 400 gr SWC for the 500. It is essentially a Keith type bullet, no gas check. Part #: 82099. It shoots great in all my 500s

Hi
This might help some, don't know if links are allowed but,

http://airbornecombatengineer.typepad.com/airborne_combat_engineer/2005/01/pushing_the_500.html

has info on ranger ricks 700 grainers and a link to mountain molds.

if not try
http://www.mountainmolds.com/
or
Mountain Molds
Cast Bullet Molds
85 Old Homestead Road Cottonwood, Idaho 83522

I believe you can design your own dies with their software. and from what I've read they're pretty helpful.

Ranger Rick also sells the Keith bullets in 535 gr gas checked
16.75 per 50 + s&h

http://www.lsstuff.com/ranger-rick/

I believe he bought his molds from mountain molds. And no I'm not rick just a satisfied customer.
