I am looking at a vaquero 4 5/8 barrel.44 mag used with some scratches front sight has also been filed down. is it worth $325?
the pourpouse would be a general carry gun one to go with me when hiking, cutting wood ,or almost any trip to the woods. it will get more scratches if i buy it. so looks are alot less important than function.

Genesis chapter 1 verse 26

When shooting a single shot their are no warning shots.

If the front sight has been filed down, you will need to know what weight bullet it was sighted in for. Ruger has a policy that you buy a used Ruger you can send it to them to go over at no cost,(other than shipping). They may fix that front sight, but you might call and ask before the purchase. Revolvers are from their plant back east: 411 Sunapee Street, New Port, NH 03773...Ph 603-865-2442 Best of luck

$325.00 for a shooter is not a bad deal. Would the shop/seller take $300.00 cash?? Might not hurt to ask.

$325 is a fair price if all is well with it.

I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a handgun today.
