Went to the range this morning to test out the muzzle brake I just had installed on my .308 Winchester barrel for my MOA Maximum. WoW oh WOW! I can't beleive how much it reduced the recoil on all size loads. My raging beast of a handgun is now a pussycat! Doesn't hurt my accuracy either since I know now that my trigger finger isn't going to get torn off each time I shoot! Of course the guys on either side of me moved after I started shooting! One of the guys said that everytime I fired his shirt was nearly torn off!! If any of you guys are considering adding a muzzle brake to your barrel do your self a favor and send your barrel to Ross Schuler in Mountain Home IDAHO. The cost is extremely fair and his turn around times are second to none. He received my MOA 308 winchester barrel on a saturday and mailed it back to me that Monday. The cost of his brake and services include Priorty mail back to your home. I am going to try and post a couple of pics. If they don't turn out, well, I tried.

Yep, I've heard nothing but great about Ross's brakes. I will be going his way when I am in need.

Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

COOL!

Sounds like the break would make the bolt rigs easier to shoot with rifle scopes.
