Is anyone shooting this round in an encore pistol? Will a 1:20 twist be sufficient in the 15" barrel?

One shot, one kill.

The Hornady manual #6 has one in the Encore with a 15in barrel. It uses a 1 in 24 twist though. 2200 fps with a 240 XTP and 1900 fps with a 300 XTP.

I have a encore barrel in 444 from Fox Ridge Outfitters, have not had any problems with accuracy in this barrel. I have shot everything fron 210 Sierra bullet to the 300 gr Sierra bullet, all have been very accurate. JMHO
