We Gents I have just gone out on a limb and ordered an MOA Maximum Pistol, in 6.5-284, and an extra barrel in 7mm sundance, both barrels are 16 inch and will have a muzzle break on them. Is there anyone here with any knowledge of the MOA pistols that can give me any insight.
I plan on using Berger bullets in both of these barrels, the 140 in the 6.5-284, and the 168 in the 7mm, I will be getting load data, and Dies along with the Pistol, and I'am putting a Burris scope on it, once It comes in I will post up pic's.
I'am going on a Pronghorn hunt next year and these are the calibers I will be taking with me.

Make sure your 6.5-284 is based on the Norma if you plan to use Hornady, Lapua, Norma or Nosler brass. If it is based on the Winchester those other cases won't fit due to an extra few thousanths difference just ahead of the extractor groove. Unfortunately it is low enough on the case that your sizing die won't touch it. I ran into this problem with my 6.5-284 Mortan when Hornady came out with their brass.
I'm sure it will be a great handgun for anything you decide to do with it.
