Im looking to make an forend for my 10" 410 barrel. any tips? dont like factory pistol forends, i have a tonys but for my 15" barrels-thats a great one and some rifle ones but dont match barrel diameter so figured would make one..tried googling for a how to-but no luck

Lamina,
I built both forends and grips for the Encore. You're in for a long and tedious project. Just take your time and take a little bit of wood at a time. I had and old M88 rifle stock laying around one slow winter and made the grip and forend. An easier way I found for the forend is to use the factory forend and cover it with a nice piece of walnut. You still have a lot of work to do but not as much tedious fitting at the rear of the forend.
