I went to the gun show yesterday. I saw a handgun that I can best describe as a Mossberg 500 action with a pistol grip, a 6 inch barrel, and a folding broom handle on the pump handle. If this is a shotgun, I don't know how it could be legal. Maybe it had a rifled barrel. It was so odd.

Has anyone seen anything like this or know the manufacturer ?

There is a loophole in federal law that allows for these types of weapons as long as they are built from the ground up this way, you can google it for more info. The tax stamp instead of being 200 bucks ends up being like 5 dollars or something...strange I know.

tdog49 and azbearhuntr,

Thanks for the information. Not that I was looking to buy one, but it just amazed me, and I needed to know more.
