Recently bought a used Contender with three barrels: .22 LR, .223, and .410--all 10"-ers. I was wondering if there is anything special required when reloading, or is it just like any other firearm? Any tips would be appreciated.
Ditto on what Hunter said about Mike Bellm; he is the TC and break action expert and he generously provides this information to any interested person. I would recommend that you subscribe (free) to his newsletter. Mr. Bellm also has accuracy improvement tips and modifications that you can buy at extreemly reasonable prices.
Contender type actions do have some special requirements on sizing and fitting reloaded rounds to the / each particular firearm. Mike puts this in laymans terms on his web.

I'm sure you'll really like all three barrels but the .22 just can't be beat, great small game ,plinking gun.You can even shoot CB's through them indoors, given the proper backstop.Ditto on Mike Bellm's sight.
