Sunday night I was talking with Magman and he mentioned that he needed to pull a bunch of 475 caliber bullets. I offered to send him my RCBS collet puller and the 475 caliber collet. I got it out and took the 22 caliber collet out and went to thread the 475 collet in, it would not start. I looked down inside and the top 2 threads were galled. Bummer! I called RCBS Monday morning and explained what the problem was and ask the guy if he wanted me to send it in for a look. He said no keep it, what's your address I'll send you a new one no charge. He appoligized for the bad collet and ask if I needed anything else. I consider that great customer service. Just thought I would share a good experience with RCBS.

They have been very good to me too.

Several times replaced or updated parts for free

If it jams force it! If it breaks it needed replacing anyway.

Cool!

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

I've had the same type of experiences with them. I bought a set of old steel 45 colt dies on clearance for 10.00 and when I got home I realized why, the seating die was missing. I contacted RCBS and asked if I could buy one direct from them and they said no but they would send me one which they did for free.

Sorry to be off-topic a bit, but I had a similar experience with Zebco (yeah, I know, you shouldn't shoot fish with a handgun) customer service this week.

I had loosened the friction knob on my baitcasting reel too far and it fell off, bounced off the deck of the boat and then into 15 feet of Lake Gaston, NC water. Needless to say, I was bummed, but they said, "No problem!" and are mailing me a replacement, no charge.
