Has anyone heard about any of the scope companys putting out a scope next year having an objective larger than 32mm?
Had a nice one come in to me at dusk today(during legal shooting hours) but the scope didn't give me an image good enough to make a confident shot. I read a great online article by Gary about the Bushnell firefly reticle and noticed a post a couple of days ago about Leupold possably putting in a custom shop. Anyone have anything more I can go on?

Leupold is sending me the info - I should have something in a few days. The firefly doesn't illuminate things any more than the regular 3200 but the fat part of the crosshairs are glowing. If you're intended target was at long range they may not help much.

I have been using a higher power variable with AO on my rifle lately and it allows me to see beyound when I would like to shoot. My old eyes are most of my problem. If you went with a rifle scope on that contender and was carefull, you could stretch some shooting time. The ability to focus at different ranges with the AO really helps me and I can use a higher power in lower light.
