Hey everyone Where is the best place to look for a cross over chest holster that will hold a T/C contender with scope?

I have one of TC’s for a 14in scoped handgun. It is alright, but I would look at “Quite hides” or Mr. Larry Weishuhns rig. I think it is a bandolier holster. Though I don’t know who makes it...

Rod, too.

Thanks Gregg and the guys, I will check the resources out. Why leather over nylon?

If you rub a leather holster against some brush it is reletively quiet. If you do the same with a nylon holster it sounds like you amplify it in the woods with a loudspeaker. Plus I think the leather holster is more durable. That's just my opinion.

Leather holds a primal attraction for me, seemingly going back to the heart of HUNTING; perhaps even to my perceived image of my ancestors, learning to hunt (kill) and use the meat of the animal to eat and the skin (Leather) for clothing and ...well, yes, for holsters later on.
In a shorter answer: a piece of leather that holds and protects a fine handgun is almost full circle: it holds and protects the fine handgun that will harvest the animal to build the next holster to hold and protect the fine handgun... I think you understand...
Or maybe it is just...
'just 'cuz leather is warm and smells good and looks great and is from an animal ...and...
LOL.
