Who makes a scope mount for the Ruger single six. Something with no drilling and tapping needed. Thanks guys.

Thanks 74. I was at the gun show in York today and picked up a used Ruger Single Six in stainless for $380. I want to put a scope on it and use it for smaLL game and practice. It's a real clean handgun.

Never saw the weigand mount for the single six. The only thing that concernes my is that it is held down by only 1 screw. Do you really think this will hold it tight?

I have 2 Weigand mounts. One was on a stock upper on a Ruger MKII 22 before I purchased a Tactical Solutions upper for it. The other one I got for my S & W 686-3 357 mag. The one in my avatr. On both guns they worked great. And the one for the Ruger was a no drill and if memory serves me right a 1 screw hold down. And it never had any issues with coming loose. But then again it was on a 22. But I can say that he makes top notch products based on the 2 I have owned. Good luck in your search.
