About 40 yds with Dave Clements Ruger Old Army .50 cal 5 shot. 8 points 185 lbs field dressed.

I love that conversion and always wanted to get it done. I have killed many deer with the Old Army but range must be closer because of accuracy.
Maybe someday I can afford to have it done.
That is a nice deer and a great shot.

that would be great powder burner. here in pa. you must use 50 cal hand gun for black powder hunting.
