My hands are small and does not fit the factory synthetic grips as well as I want it to. The trigger is a little to far forward to be totally comfortable. I do not think the money is there for a total custom grip. Does anyone make aftermarket grips for smaller hands?

I want to keep a black synthetic grip on it.

PAC's...

It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

I don't know about for the Encore but I have a pair of Hogue grips on my SRH that are just perfect for my hands.I have the Pac Decellerater(spelling?) grips on my Encore and there a tad big for me but they work.

Called Hogue today. They don't make anything for the Encore.

pacs are smaller that the factory wood grips and shaped different at the heel to let your hand sit better. thats the only way i can think to fix it and keep it black synthetic like. oh and they cut recoil also

Went to Pachmayr's web site. Prices don't look too bad either.

This question has been brought up quite a bit recently and the Pac’s have constantly been the answer. Just for what it is worth...
