Misery loves company guys! Just glad I'm not alone.
I ordered mine around the 1st week of Dec., but don't remember the exact date.
From what I hear, it'll be worth the wait.

i got mine. been reading a lil along. it's excellent! it's one you'll read n reread again. 
sure makes me wanna hunt a nilgai bull, or build a custom striker, among other things.

Vance, I received my copy about the 12th here in Anchorage. However, you should be aware that it once took 35 days for me to receive media mail from Eagle River (about 15 miles away) - they sent it by truck via Seattle I think.

I turned down shots on 4 different bears on Kodiak this fall - all within 40 yards - because they weren't big enough. I was looking for the 10 footer but didn't find him. Will probably be next fall before I try them again, this time down southeast of Cordova.
