Bags. If you zero with a bipod it must remain on the gun or your POI will change. I don't hunt with a bipod as they get in the way when carrying.


Rod, too.

Short cuts often lead to long recoveries.

I use both, depending on which gun I'm sighting in. The Striker loves bipods, though I haven't found that my Encore's do. They seem to like sandbags, shooting sticks or a fanny pack filled with material. I'm working on that still.

I'll hunt with whatever worked on the bench when I'm in the field.
