Took my Black Mouth Cur out to do a little hunting. Rango is a general meat dog. I don't care if he chases coon, squirrel, possum, coyote, fox, rabbit.... as long as he doesn't chase deer....which he doesn't. Being that it was around 15 degrees, we didn't get any squirrels going, but we did manage to ump a few rabbits! 10" .410 Encore barrel shooting 3" 6's

Congrats! That's a beautiful dog you have! Looks like it may have come from the "Ladner" stock in South MS??? I used to have one off the "Ladner" and "Sandridge" stock; She was an awesome squirrel dog!
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

Thanks. He is a Ladner BMC. Straight from Curt Ladner himself. Shooting up into the big trees for squirrels. Maybe 20 yards or so. Same for rabbits
