I ordered a 22 and 24# recoil spring for the Glock 21 super swap.... It came with what looks like a firing pin spring... They closed so I wasnt able to ask them and its been years since I last ordered spring from them. Is that normal that they send both springs?

Yes. The slide will close with more force with the higher spring tension. The firmer firing spring tension will keep the firearm from inertia firing. At least that's how my 1911s work.
