After our hunt at Wilderness I left my FA`s 500 with Gary Reeder for a new set of grips. I had talked with some of the members who had stocks made for their handguns by Reeder and they said he did good work at a fair price. I agree.. What do you guys think??

Looks good! How do you like the fit/finish and feel of the Reeders?
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger squeeze.

Kim, The fit and finish are excellent...They are thinner then Fa`s micarta`s which is a plus for my hands..... Can`t beat that for $160 shipped....

Looks great James!
The corian grips on my 353 are fantastic. He will be doing my next several sets of micarta makeovers.

I think he did a good job on them.

James,
Look nice, what is the material? micarta? I had Eagle make some buffalo for my 83s, 454 and 50 AE some years ago. Yours look similar.

Looks good to me, James. More importantly, how do they feel?
Rod, too.

Doc/Rod, The material is corian and Reeder cuts them thinner then the micarta grips from Freedom. I have yet to get to the range with them but they feel good. My hands are average so it seems to be a plus for me.....

I too can vouch for Reeder grips. Gary made two grips for my FA out of corian and a third from a laminate for another FA, they fit great and look great. The corian grips are cut a bit thin but work for me. Highly recommend them and the price is right!
