Thanks for the comprehensive detailed update. Having hunted the ranch on a number of occasions, it is encouraging to learn it is on its was back to becoming the premier hunting destination that it was is in previous years.

My sister used to work on the YO, and felt with the previous owners on a daily basis. That was an awesome ranch that was going to heck due to management. Glad the new owners are bringing it back to it's former glory.

Never got to hunt out there, but I did get to shoot on the range there a few times. I loved plinking the steel silhouettes across the valley.
