I tried to eat a big boar once. Cooked him while camping. Couldn?t even take a bite. Was like cooking a skunk. 😒

Yes I have. It's all in the field care. Mostly I let some 'locals' take them and make tamales or carne asada out of them.

But mercy do they staaaaank.
