I'm having Mike at OTT rechamber a 30-06 Savage barrel to .30 Gibbs and cut it down to 16". I'll thread it in a Striker and see what kind of performance it will achieve. Should be fun.

my want list includes a 17" 300mag, a 14" factory 17hmr, a 15" 6x47, and another G2 action. the hard part is usually deciding what you want, but this time, the funding looks to be comin slow. hopefully, maybe OTT will get a shot at one.

the 6x47 is a definate custom option, and the 300mag could go either way. i could cut down a factory 300mag heavy rifle barrel to 17" for use with a rifle forend.
