Hey Gary, any update on your princess? Not really - they still don't know what's wrong. I guess the good news is that they've ruled out a bunch of nasty stuff. I can't say I've been impressed at all with 90% of these doctors.
You can't wait any longer. Join the NRA and start writing your Congressmen and Senators.

Keep hangin in Gary. When I was about 15 I got sick and was in and out of the hospital/doctors offices for SEVERAL MONTHS. The doctors just couldn't figure out what was wrong. My family all started to get pretty scared but tried not to let me know it. I was starting to wonder if I would ever get better and about that time I did. I was doing a heck of a lot of prayin during that time and it got me through. Lots of good folks are prayin for you/your daughter.

I can't say I've been impressed at all with 90% of these doctors. Thats why I travel over 200 miles to see my orthopedic surgeons, I've seen more docs in the past 20 years than I care to count. I have alot of experience in this so my best advice is this, remember they are only human and if your not comfortable with them let them know. You are in charge, not them, they have to answer to you no matter how close to being God they think they are. Don't let them intimidate or bullsh!t you and if your not liking whats happening transfer her to another facility if she is stable enough but don't be afraid to get in their face if your not happy with the way they are handling things. It took me a while but I finally figured out you can fire doctors and get a new one. Our prayers are with you and for the docs to figure it out.

Gary,Been out of touch for about a week. Just wanted you to know that my prayers are with you and your daughter, there is nothing like them(i have two that are 28&30).you know that god is in control and he knows what is going to happen before anything.So that is why we have each other to lean on once in awhile when things happen.Stay strong and don't give up KEEP FIGHTING FOR WHAT GOD GAVE YOU.IT just tries our faith.My wife has been sick for five yrs with headaches had her all over the place(va.)Took her to A.M.C. to pain clinc to see Dr. Lee and found out what it was in one visit. Now she is recovering great.So see there has been alot praying for us all this time and with gods help and determination we got there. God help this girl and give the parents the wisdom that the need.

Well she's been released from the hospital but they are no closer to knowing why she's still passing out than they were 3 weeks ago. I guess we'll start the process again on Monday at Children's Hospital.

Gary, I have 7 children of my own, 4 of which are daughters. I could not imagine having one in the hospital and just not knowing. We will have her on the prayer list at church tomorrow.
If it were supposed to be easy, they'd have sent my little sister to do it.

Don't stop by much anymore. Have acquired an 18 mo old son and 13 day old daughter of my own. Has cramped my old carefree style a little. Now have some appreciation for what you are going through as a father. Hang in there, and don't forget to smile when you are with her.

Well she went back in the hospital on Tues. and is still there. They think now that she's having some sort of seizures. They put her on a medication yesterday and she had an allergic reaction that was pretty scary. So I'm not sure what the plan is for today.
