I'd recommend buying the Lee Anniversary kit, I'm not sure if they still call it that or not but I know they still have the kit. It comes with everything you need to start loading and it comes with the lee reloading manual which has alot of good information as well as load data. The kit was less than 100.00 but the Lee stuff is solid. The kit will get you in the game and as you progress you can upgrade components if you want. I still have my lee kit even though I use my Lymam DPS1200 for dispensing and weighing all my charges now and I have a RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme I bought because I was loading ultra mag cartridges but when I'm loading plinking loads I still use the lee powder dispenser as it has always been accurate and the press works great and I keep the scale in case I want to load during a power outage or I have a problem with my Lyman.

Like Rod has stated the starter kits are a good place to start. Lee, Hornady, and RCBS have them. For load manuals I recomend the Hornady and Sierra. They have the most cartridges listed and the largest selection of bullets. Both manulas have a great section in the front that lays out the loading process in great deatil with good graphics.

Here is a link to the kits at Midway;

Lyman loading kit

Lee kit

Hornady Kit

RCBS Kit

Redding Kit

The Lee will be the cheapest kit and it's a decent place to start.

Buy the kit… more importantly, read the book that comes with it!
